Features of animal feed production line

Product description of feed production line
As shown in the figure above, corn and soybean meal (stored and fed directly on the ground) are sucked into the grinder 101 and crushed into fine powder. Any other powdery/soft materials, such as wheat bran, bone meal, trace elements, vitamins, etc., do not need to be crushed and can be added directly from the inlet of the vertical mixer 201. All the materials are uniformly mixed and discharged into the hopper of the screw conveyor 301, and then sent to the temporary storage bin 302 by the screw conveyor. The mixed materials are uniformly and continuously fed into the pelletizer 304 through the screw feeder 303 to form feed pellets. The particles are discharged from the hopper of the belt conveyor 401 and then enter the particle cooler 403 through the air lock 402. During the cooling process, the fresh and hot particles are cooled, and the temperature of the particles does not exceed 5°C of room temperature. The cooled particles are sieved through a vibrating screen 404 and then packaged.
